Terms

"Author" refers to keyesgen.
"Voicebank" refers to the vocal synthesis products offered by the author.
"Character" refers to the designs owned by the author.
"Work" refers to anything created using the voicebank and/or character that was not created or by the author.

When publishing work using any voicebank, you are required to state their name. It is not necessary to state the name of the voicebank's author.
When attributing the voicebank's name or author, you must write them exactly as they are written officially. You cannot call the voicebank by any other name, nor can you attribute the voicebank to any other author.

You are free to create violent content.
You are free to create sexual content.
Do not create political content.
- NOTE: Advocacy or activism in favour of basic human rights (As defined under the UDHR on UN.org) is exempt from this rule. And as such: the depiction of, support of, or advocacy in favour of marginalized groups and individuals does NOT fall under this category. Marginalized groups include but are not limited to: LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, people of colour, indigenous peoples and communities, immigrants, disabled people, unhoused people, and women.
Do not create religious content.
Do not create train AI models or develop voice clones from the voicebank.

The following types of content are unconditionally prohibited in all circumstances.

Criminal or illegal content.
Explicit underage sexual content.
Discriminatory content.
- Discrimination: defined under the Canadian Human Rights Commission.
Prejudicial content.
- Prejudice: defined as harmful preconceptions or attitudes towards members of a certain group.
Content of any kind in which AI generated illustration, audio, or text is present and used depicting the character, voicebank, or voice itself. Content endorsing the use of generative AI is also restricted, regardless of if AI is actually present in the content or used specifically to depict said character, voicebank, or voice.
- NOTE: Usage or depictions of consensual AI vocal synthesis engines are exempt from this rule.
NFTs and NFT related or associated content of any kind. Content endorsing the use of NFTs is also restricted, regardless of if NFTs are actually present in the content or used specifically to depict said character, voicebank, or voice.
Cryptocurrencies and cryptocurrency related or associated content of any kind. Content endorsing the use of cryptocurrency is also restricted, regardless of if cryptocurrency is actually present in the content or used specifically to depict said character, voicebank, or voice.

Downloading any voicebank grants you a commercial license. Please see this page for any details.
All commercial works must follow the Terms of Use stated on this page.

Published work using any voicebank may or may not include visual depictions of the character.
Artwork does not need to depict the voicebank character.
The voicebank and character can be used in conjunction with artwork of other characters.
Published content does not have to align with or correspond with the canon character information of the voicebank character. Headcanons are permitted.
Existing artwork cannot be used without proper credit to the artist.
Derivatives of the character are permitted to be created with the author's permission. Derivatives still fall under the same terms of use as the original.

Do not edit the audio files of the voicebank in any way.
You are free to edit any configuration files, such as oto.ini or FRQ files.
You cannot use these voicebanks in any singing synthesizer other than the synthesizers they were made compatible for.
You cannot use the raw data or exported audio files of the voicebank as an input for AI-based voice-changers and instruments, automated voice service, sample packs, or similar.
You cannot use raw data or exported audio file outputs to create a new voicebank, or to supplement another voicebank.

The voicebank and character are provided as is. The author is not held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damage resulting from their usage.
